Quick Tips to Brighten Your Week

💎 Focus for This Week:
How to Outsmart and Take Down The Powerhouse of Poor Choices
Have you ever wondered why smart people like you sometimes make bad, bad, bad... not good decisions? Okay, maybe not you, but for the rest of us, here's a fascinating insight inspired by Albert Einstein's observation of the three great forces that rule the world:
Stupidity, Fear, and Greed.
(These forces can mess with even the brightest minds.)
Stupidity:
Stupidity in decision-making often means acting without
thinking or repeating the same mistakes. It happens when we fall into the traps we discuss in our training, such as not having enough data or letting overconfidence or our ego lead us to a decision that doesn't make sense in hindsight.
Fear:
Fear isn't all bad, it protects us from danger. But it also loves to whisper worst-case scenarios, convincing us to play it safe, avoid risks, and stay in our comfort zone.
Greed:
Greed tempts us to chase shiny objects. It prioritizes short-term wins and can lead us to pursue goals that don't truly matter to us.

💡How To Outsmart the Terrible Trio:
Next time you face a decision, ask yourself:
1. Am I rushing into this without all the facts?
2. Am I holding back because I'm scared of what
might happen?
3. Am I pursuing something that will bring me closer
to my goals, or is it a distraction?
❤️ This Week’s Opportunity:
This is perhaps worth a discussion with your team.
